Dog Senior Care

This sweet golden girl came to us with a heart full of love —but also a heart in need of healing. At nine years old, Layla required specialized cardiac tests, daily medications for a heart condition, and oral surgery to relieve the pain from her badly decayed teeth. 

We see many wonderful seniors come through BC SPCA doors in need of urgent medical care. They have spent their lives sharing their love with people and these special ones deserve the best care in their older age.

This gift provides a day of regular care plus medical care, extra bedding and attention for a senior animal like Layla.
