Dog Health Check

When an animal like Reggie arrives at one of our animal centres, the first step is a thorough health check. For this sweet boy, that exam uncovered several painful medical issues that needed urgent attention. Suffering from an eye condition, ear infections, itchy, irritated skin, and worn teeth, Reggie was booked to see a veterinarian right away. 

Despite everything he was going through, Reggie remained incredibly gentle, loving, and easy-going throughout his treatments. With surgery, medication, and plenty of TLC, he began to heal. Before long, Reggie was healthy and ready for the love filled home he deserved. 

Every animal who comes into our care receives a health check. These exams are critical to catch contagious disease, injuries, signs of neglect, or underlying health issues, protecting the well-being of each new arrival, and the animals already at the centre. 

This kind gift could provide a vulnerable animal like Reggie a safe, healthy start on their journey to a second chance. All funds raised will protect vulnerable animals, and mobilize communities so animals and people can thrive together, by helping where the need is greatest.
