In Memory of the Loved and Lost
-
Description
When pets come in and out of our lives, they always leave little paw prints on our hearts. Always gone too soon, they leave us with memories of the unconditional love that never falters despite our many imperfections. They inspire us to be better people, to love truer, and just be the people they believe we already are.
One such cat, Charlie, has crossed the rainbow bridge. Charlie was a complete sweetheart who would cuddle up in the crook of your arm (always on the left) and purr his little heart out. Not to say he didn’t have a wild side. With no fear, he would take on any challengers, defending his territory day and night. He had a wonderful life, just a bit too short. He was the king of the jungle and loved deeply by his human parents and his little brother.
Charlie had the most perfect retirement home a cat could ask for, and his dad knows that other cats just need a chance, however long it takes, to find their forever person.
Each $27 donated represents one day in care of a special needs or senior animals like Charlie that will be spending their days in the shelter without a family to call their own.
