Returns & Refunds

Please note: Due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, we are currently unable to process returns. We will resume processing returns as soon as shipping services resume. Thank you for your understanding.

To initiate a return or refund, please email us at shop@spca.bc.ca with your request. We will send you a return label via email. Once you've received the label, kindly send the item back to us. Upon receiving the returned item, your refund will be processed. If you wish to exchange for another size, please note that you must place a new order for the desired size.
